We have a hard working dedicated group of professionals that make up ChefMod. Our team members bring a rich and diverse set of experiences ranging from corporate sales, retail, wholesale production, customer support, culinary, and information technology, but the one passion that binds all of us together is our passion for the industry and our love of food.

John’s experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry began in Boston in 1987 where he accumulated great experiences in several restaurants working both in many back of the house (BOH) positions as well as taking on front of the house responsibilities. Over the years, John has accumulated a broad exposure to BOH restaurant management, with an extensive background in purchasing, systems development, program design, contract negotiation, and manufacturer partnership programs. John has had experience both opening and working in large restaurants with footprints of over ten thousand feet to unique multi-concept food courts. Extensive experience in multi-regional distribution environments, gaming and hotel restaurant locations. John started purchasing for restaurants owned independently by friends long before ChefMod was born and has always been an advocate for the independent restaurateur who often don’t have the resources to support business class solutions. Many of those friends continue as members of ChefMod today. When he’s not at work, or at home with the family, you’ll see him on the slopes or running a country road.

Eduard brings extensive experience in automating business processes, system integrations and building technology platforms from the concept to the working sellable product. His team of software and network engineers makes sure that ChefMod technology is on the cutting edge. Ed's broad knowledge of technologies and their practical application is unparalleled and services not only ChefMod members but also the vendor community who services the group. Prior to ChefMod, he spent 10 years at Sterling Infosystems leading team of software developers that built technology platform for pre-employment screening. His system helped automate at least 80% of internal processes as well as increase revenue 20 times. When Ed is not in cyberspace with his tech team, he loves to spend time with his family at home, read books, and watch spy movies on Netflix.
