We offer a complete purchasing fulfillment process and recipe management system that enables
foodservice operators to reduce costs and drive more revenue to the bottom line.
MEMBER SERVICE SPECIALIST
OUR MEMBER SERVICE SPECIALISTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING CUSTOMER RELATIONS FOR OUR
ACCOUNTS ON A DAILY BASIS, ENSURING THAT ORDERS ARE PROPERLY REQUISITIONED AND FULFILLED.
YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR OUR TEAM IF:
- You are a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in exemplary customer service.
- You have 2+ years experience in the foodservice industry or 5+ years in customer service.
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- You have strong computer skills.
- You have the ability to work independently and consistently follow through.
- You are proficient in Spanish.
MEMBER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
OUR MEMBER RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXPANDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH
EXISTING MEMBERS AND PERFORMING DATA ANALYSIS TO UNCOVER NEW OPPORTUNITES AND STREALINE MEMBER
PROCESSES.
YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR OUR TEAM IF:
- You have 3+ years client relations/account management.
- You have strong analytical, communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
- You are able to multi-task and meet required deadlines.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
